Through our forms (contact, quote request, project brief): name, email address, company, phone (optional) and the content of your message or request. No data is collected without your knowledge. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also collect your email address for that purpose alone.
To handle and respond to your contact, quote and brief requests; to get back to you about them; to prepare a commercial proposal. Sending you our newsletter if you have asked for it.
Pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in responding to your enquiries (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). Sending the newsletter rests on your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), obtained through double confirmation and withdrawable at any time.
Your data is shared with our email provider Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France, European Union). The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States): this transfer outside the EU is governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. No data is sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Your data is kept 24 months, then deleted or anonymised. Addresses subscribed to the newsletter are kept until you unsubscribe.
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object, restrict and port your data. To exercise it, write to info@sustainity.co. You may lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (DPA, Belgium: dataprotectionauthority.be).
The site uses no tracking cookies or third-party advertising. One strictly necessary cookie remembers the display language. Your browser also stores locally the quote you are putting together and your favourites list: product identifiers, quantities and selected options, nothing more. That information leaves your device only when you send your request, and you can erase it by clearing the site’s data. None of these elements requires your consent.
