One order, several shipments.
A single project is not always handed out in one go: several teams, several sites, several occasions. You can have the whole quantity produced in one order, and ask us to keep the pieces until the shipments.
The unit price decreases in tiers. Producing the whole quantity in one order therefore places the project on a higher tier, where separate orders would each stay on their own. Storage is requested in the quotation: that is where the terms are set, and that is the one that counts.
What the service covers.
The service is requested at quotation stage. What it covers is settled with you, point by point.
Kept after production
The pieces produced do not all leave at delivery. They are kept, and you request the shipments afterwards.
Shipments by batch
You request the quantity you need, not necessarily the whole of it. Each batch leaves when you ask for it.
One or several addresses
A batch can go to a single address or be split between several. The addresses are set when you request the shipment.
Terms set in the quotation
Depending on what is needed, the service is included or priced separately. The quotation says which, and that is the one that counts.
