Purpose
The site presents a catalogue of promotional products and allows quote, contact and brief requests to be submitted. No transaction or payment takes place online.
Quote requests
A quote or brief request is non-binding and does not constitute a contract. Any order is subject to a separate quote and a distinct written agreement.
Promotional offers
We may publish occasional offers. Their conditions are stated with the offer itself and form part of it. An offer applies to the quote drawn up at your request, and not to an online sale, which does not exist on this site. It may be changed or closed at any time; the offer that applies to you is the one published at the time of your sign-up.
Intellectual property
The site’s content (text, visuals, logo, code) is the property of Better Merch CO. SRL or its partners. Product visuals and references come from our suppliers and remain their property. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Liability
Catalogue information (availability, indicative prices, visuals) is provided for information only and may change. Better Merch CO. SRL cannot be held liable for errors or unavailability. The site may contain links to third-party sites whose content we do not control. Displayed prices are exclusive of VAT and of marking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Brussels.
