How we work

From brief to delivery.

We’ve designed a six-step process that removes the uncertainty from sourcing promotional products. No hidden fees, no surprise delays, no commitments before your approval. Most projects go from initial brief to delivered product in four to six weeks.

From the first email to on-site delivery, a single point of contact, four to six weeks.

Brief
You tell us about your project: product types, quantities, budget, deadline, brand guidelines. It takes five minutes via our form, an email or a call.

Curation
Our team selects three to five certified promotional products from our selected European suppliers. Every recommendation includes material specs, certification details and a transparent price.
03
Mock-up
Free visual mock-ups within 48 hours showing your logo and colours on the real products. Unlimited revisions. No commitment until you sign.
04
Approval
Check every detail: colours, placements, materials, prices. We don’t start production until we have your explicit written approval. Changes are free before sign-off.
05
Production
Manufacturing begins in GOTS, GRS, OCS or FSC certified factories in Portugal, Poland, Lithuania, the Netherlands and Germany. Quality control on every batch.

Delivery
Shipped to a single warehouse or to over 500 individual addresses across Europe. Custom packaging, branded inserts and home drop-shipping available.

GRS · RCS
Recycled materials
Verify, through a third party, the share of recycled material and its traceability along the whole chain. GRS adds social and environmental requirements on processing sites; RCS verifies recycled content only.
GOTS · OCS
Organic materials
Verify the share of organic fibres. GOTS covers the entire chain, from harvest to finished product, and includes social criteria; OCS verifies only the percentage of organic material and its traceability.
FSC
Wood, paper, cork
Certifies that the fibre comes from a responsibly managed forest, and that it is tracked from the forest to the finished product.
OEKO-TEX
Harmful substances
Every textile component is tested for harmful substances. No hazardous chemicals, guaranteed for your teams and your clients.
BSCI · SMETA
Social audits: working conditions
These two standards do not audit the product, but the factory that makes it: working hours, wages, safety, child labour, freedom of association. The audit is carried out on site by an independent body. It is the proof that matters most when manufacturing is far away. That is why we show it product by product.
AWARE
Recycled traceability (not a certification)
AWARE is not a certification: it is a physical tracer embedded in the recycled material, whose presence is measured by a third party. It does not say the product is good. It proves the recycled content claimed is genuinely there.
