Proof, not promises
We make no environmental claim we cannot prove. Every product displays the third-party labels it actually holds. When it holds none, its page says so plainly, with no green vocabulary to compensate.
What we changed, what we turned down, and who answers for it.
My name is Arthur Van Coppenolle. I grew up in this trade, and I saw what could be done better. Sustainity is my way of proving it: every product says what it can live up to, and nothing more.
Arthur Van Coppenolle, Founder of Sustainity
Promotional products, in Brussels. We’ve learned this trade inside out, from thousand-item catalogues to suppliers that vanish, from passing trends to materials that last.
For years, we tried to do better by adding certified products alongside the rest. We realised it wasn’t enough. You can’t choose well when you’re trying to sell everything.
Sustainity is where the rest stops. Where others line up thousands of references, we hold a little over three hundred, chosen to last.
Sustainity is a brand of Decorex SRL, a Brussels house of promotional products. The brand was born from a question asked from inside the trade.
Decorex SRL, Rue des Anciens Étangs 55, 1190 Brussels. Company number 0416.145.935.
Our suppliers are European; manufacturing, however, is almost entirely Asian (China, Bangladesh), as it is across almost all of this industry. We do not hide it: the country of manufacture is written on every product page. What we guarantee is not a European origin that nobody can hold at these volumes, but third-party proof of what can actually be verified: the material, the substances, the working conditions in the factory.
We make no environmental claim we cannot prove. Every product displays the third-party labels it actually holds. When it holds none, its page says so plainly, with no green vocabulary to compensate.
We publish the country of manufacture and the material composition for every product. Our margin is fixed: the same across the whole catalogue, whatever the product. We do not inflate any price.
We refuse products designed for single use. A GOTS-certified organic cotton hoodie is worn for years. The longer an object lasts, the more visible your brand and the lower its impact per impression. Cheap giveaways are the most expensive thing you can buy.
