Corporate year-end gifts: budget, ideas and order deadline
For year-end gifts delivered before the holidays, two questions decide everything: by when to approve the mock-up, and how much to plan per person. The dates, worked out from our public lead time and Belgian public holidays, and the budgets, taken from our product pages, with logo branding included.

By when should you order for delivery before the holidays?
Count 25 working days back from the delivery date you want: that is the day your approval of the mock-up must reach us. If your quote confirms 12 working days for your product, that date moves back accordingly. We count working days from Monday to Friday, excluding Belgian public holidays.

The mock-up goes out within 24 hours on business days after we receive your logo: the right-hand column assumes you approve it on the day you receive it. 11 November, a public holiday in Belgium, is not a business day.
After 13 November, the safe date no longer holds: delivery on 18 December remains possible for a product whose quote confirms a shorter lead time. For New Year gifts delivered in January, the same calculation applies, without counting 25 December or 1 January.
What budget should you plan per person?
At 100 pieces, €0.93 to €55.81 excl. VAT per person, logo branding included, across our 117 product pages that detail their branding. Nearly half of them fall between €10 and €25.

Which gifts, depending on the use?

Which branding technique, depending on the item and the lead time?
The technique depends on the item: on our drinkware pages, pad printing and engraving dominate; on office items, pad printing and embossing; on a beanie, embroidery. The lead time, for its part, is not published per technique: our range of 12 to 25 working days applies to all of them, and your quote confirms the one for your order.
Of our 62 drinkware pages taken on 4 November 2026, 48 offer pad printing and 41 engraving; 7 set the technique in the quote. Of our 31 office pages, 18 offer pad printing and 9 embossing. Our 7 beanies are all embroidered. Each product page shows its techniques, their price range, their set-up costs and the size of the branding area.

Gift sets, quantity, delivery to several addresses: what should you know?
The minimum is 50 pieces per colour on 124 of the 125 product pages taken, our gift sets are assembled and ready to give, and an order produced in one go can be sent to several addresses, within the terms set by your quote.
Our 9 gift sets available on 4 November 2026 range from €7.22 to €55.81 excl. VAT per person at 100 pieces, branding included. The price on each product page falls by quantity tier: producing all the gifts in a single order places the whole on a lower tier than several small orders.
If the gifts go to several sites or several teams, we can keep the pieces after production and ship them by batch, to one or several addresses. This storage service is requested with the quote, which sets its terms.
