Production takes 12 to 25 working days, depending on the product, the decoration technique, the quantity and colour availability. The clock starts when you sign off the proof, not when you order: what comes before that depends on our exchanges and on your feedback on the mock-up. The exact lead time for your order is calculated in your quotation, and that is the one that counts.

Almost the entire catalogue starts at 50 units. A few references are exceptions, higher or lower. The exact minimum is shown on every product page, and it is carried over into your quotation. In some cases the minimum can be discussed: just ask.

Yes, before any commitment. A sample lets you judge the material, the finish and the labels on the piece itself. It is charged at cost, plus shipping, and it cannot be returned. From 500 units ordered, its price is refunded to you. Allow 3 to 5 days for dispatch. Request one through the contact form, choosing the Sample request subject.

You receive a free mock-up of your logo on every product, within 48 hours on business days after we receive it. Nothing goes into production without your written approval of that mock-up, which is the proof. Send us your logo in whatever format you have, our team prepares it and adapts it to the chosen technique, at no extra cost.
